Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These terms cover the use of this website and the enquiries made through it. They are not a substitute for the written quotation or contract issued for a specific job — where the two differ, the signed quotation applies.
Website content
- Product images, model names and specifications are shown as examples of the type of equipment we supply. Availability and exact models vary.
- We do not publish prices on this website. Any figure you receive comes from a written quotation.
- We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current at all times.
Quotations and orders
- An enquiry sent through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email is a request for a quotation, not an order.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the site conditions described or observed at the time of inspection.
- Work that is only discoverable once installation begins — for example blocked conduits, hidden cable routes or unsafe existing wiring — may be quoted separately.
- Orders are confirmed once the quotation is accepted in writing and any agreed advance payment is received.
Installation and site access
- The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the site, working mains power, and any approvals required by the building owner, developer or authority.
- Delays caused by site access, power availability or third-party approvals may affect the schedule and the price.
Equipment, warranty and used items
- New equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty as supplied. Warranty terms and durations are set by the manufacturer, not by us.
- Used and refurbished equipment is supplied on the terms stated in the individual quotation, which may be a shorter warranty or none.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, tampering, power surges, water ingress, lightning, or work carried out by others.
- Brand names and trademarks shown on this website are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here indicates the equipment we supply, install and service, not an endorsement, partnership or distribution agreement.
Maintenance and support
- Support response times, service visit frequency and coverage are set out in the maintenance agreement (AMC) if one is in place.
- Call-outs for systems not covered by an agreement are chargeable at the rate quoted at the time.
Recording and legal use
The customer is responsible for using CCTV, access-control and attendance systems lawfully, including any notice, consent, data-retention and privacy requirements that apply in Pakistan. We can advise on system configuration, but responsibility for lawful operation of an installed system rests with its owner.
Liability
We are responsible for carrying out our work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example lost business or lost data — arising from equipment failure, network outage, power loss, or third-party services beyond our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
