We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Details you type into the quotation form — name, phone number, email address, service required, property type and your message.
- Any file you choose to attach to an enquiry, such as a site photo or requirements document.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
The quotation form does not create an account and does not ask for payment details.
How we use it
- To prepare a quotation and reply to your enquiry.
- To arrange a site inspection or installation visit.
- To provide maintenance, support and warranty follow-up on systems we supplied or service.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Third-party services
Some parts of this site rely on services operated by other companies, and using them means your browser contacts those companies directly:
- WhatsApp — enquiry buttons open a chat on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and covered by its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps — the map in the contact section is embedded from Google.
- Google Fonts — the page typeface is loaded from Google’s font service.
- QR code generation — the WhatsApp QR code image is generated by an external QR service from the WhatsApp link only.
- Vercel — this site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party content, such as the Google map, may set its own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to quote, deliver and support the work, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
