IT Solutions is a security, telecom and IT systems company working from Rafay Mall, Main GT Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We supply, install, configure, maintain and repair CCTV, office telephone exchanges, access control, biometric attendance, video intercom, networking and structured cabling, gate automation and solar energy systems for homes and businesses across Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
What we do

PABX telephone systems
Panasonic hybrid exchanges supplied, installed, programmed, extended and repaired, with new and used equipment available.
Access control
Electric and magnetic locks, fingerprint and card readers, exit buttons, controllers and management software.
Biometric attendance
Fingerprint, face and card terminals installed and configured, with reporting set up to match how you pay staff.
Video intercom
Villa and apartment-building door entry with indoor monitors, outdoor stations and remote door release.
Networking and cabling
Data cabling, fiber, PoE switching, racks and Wi-Fi coverage, built to be extended and diagnosed later.

Sliding and swing gate operators with remotes, keypads, safety photocells and manual release.

On-grid, hybrid and off-grid solar systems with inverters, battery storage, monitoring and maintenance.
How we approach an installation
- Survey before quoting. Beyond a small job we look at the building first. Cable routes, power and mounting positions decide the price far more than the equipment list does.
- Specify for the site, not the invoice. A camera only earns its place if it has a clear job. We would rather fit fewer devices in the right positions than more in the wrong ones.
- Cable so the next person can follow it. Labelled runs and tidy racks cost a little more on the day and save considerably on every fault call afterwards.
- Test what was installed. Recording, playback, export, remote access, users and permissions are all checked before handover, not assumed.
- Explain it before we leave. A system nobody knows how to use is not finished. We walk you through daily use and what to check when something looks wrong.
Maintenance and support
We repair, reprogram, extend and maintain existing CCTV, PABX, intercom, access-control and gate systems regardless of who installed them. Annual maintenance contracts covering scheduled service visits and fault call-outs are available for the systems we look after; coverage and response times are set out in the individual agreement.
New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty as supplied. Used and refurbished equipment is supplied on the terms stated in its quotation. Full detail is in our terms and conditions.
